EU Shipping Suspended
Due to the current situation and the introduction of new EU regulations for online retailers (PPWR 12th August), we have made the difficult decision to stop shipping to most EU countries.
**** Currently we are still able to ship to Belgium and the Netherlands ****
Unfortunately, the new packaging regulations make it very difficult for a small business like ours to continue shipping throughout the EU. Under the new rules, simply attaching a shipping label to a parcel can mean that we are legally considered the manufacturer of the packaging.
In addition, we need to register for packaging compliance in every EU country we ship to. This requires appointing an authorized representative in each country to conclude the necessary agreements on our behalf. For a small business that only ships a limited number of parcels to many different countries, these requirements result in compliance costs of several thousand euros.
